Work with a design specialist to create your dream home!
We believe in the old philosophy of, "measure twice, cut once." At our design consultation, our first step in production is our final measurement. Here we will confirm the details of each opening with you, measure it to factory specifications, and check the Design Consultants work for human error. We will discuss the exterior trim detail and interior trim options where applicable. At this visit, our production professional will go over home specific preparation details and you’ll be given a window of time for your upcoming installation! From here your project will be sent in for manufacturing where the time line will then be narrowed down to specific dates giving you more than enough time to prepare for the big day!
No subcontractors - AP Window Co. will be doing the installation of your project

Construction is notorious for bad habits, bad language, and leaving a mess. Whether it's the exterior or the interior, you'll 1st notice us prepping the job site to protect the integrity of your home. During the job we create our waste pile for haul away at the end of the day and nothing will be left. The only habits we bring are excellent craftsmanship and easy-to-communicate with crews. We will leave the house cleaner than when we arrived as we vacuum up after ourselves. Not only will you be looking at a brand new face & interior design of your home, you'll also be looking at a clean home.
It all starts with AP Window Co. custom measuring every opening.

The most common type of install we do is called a cut-back installation. We cut back the siding and get to the original sheathing of the home where we weatherize to protect against this Oregon rain. We flash above each opening, create a membrane barrier, and finished with pre-primed kiln dried cedar plus caulking. If the project looks best for your design, we’ll add new interior trim as well. We warrant our work by Oregon law and will service your home on any installation defects for up-to 5 years from installation. We are proud to be your start to finish solution for your next window and/or door project and leave every property knowing it’s the same install we’d do on our own home!

Unfortunately, we see time and time again where homeowners focus merely on price and are disappointed 1 to 2 years later because of installation issues - especially due to the relentless pursuit of Oregon rain. The reason a company can give that low of a price to begin with, is they're cutting corners on install to lower the labor and materials side of the equation. Cutting corners at install often leads to a voided manufacturers warranty, and then you're stuck wondering why you made the investment at all.
